In 2017, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. Since then my life has changed drastically due to the symptoms I face on a daily basis. The person I used to be feels like a distant memory. I wanted to create a shrine like shelf to hold representations of the things I have had taken from me due to the chronic disease, a place to return to when I need to remember the person I used to be, and a place to hold things in reverence. This place is My Reliquaries. This is the first version, and there is a second version I just recently finished.
